Change of mind is not covered. We don't take a piece back because it was not wanted, did not suit, or was ordered by mistake.

Damage or a defect on arrival is covered, and we make it right. One condition makes that possible: film a single unedited unboxing video, starting with the parcel still sealed and running until the piece is fully out of its packaging. That video is the evidence we use to approve a defect return, so start recording before you open anything.

Everything else is settled before you order — tell us the size, the weight, the stones, the exact colour in daylight, and we will answer properly. Message us before you buy and we'll answer anything: size, weight, stones, colour.
