Overview

www.srivibhinna.in is run by Sri Vibhinna ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handcrafted pieces can vary slightly from one to the next. If you are unsure about anything, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, or a price or description was shown in error — and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Any taxes and the shipping charge for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you placed your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Dispatch, delivery and shipping charges are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds — including the unboxing video needed for damage claims — are covered in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Intellectual property

Everything on this website — including photographs, designs, text, the Sri Vibhinna name and logo — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments, delivery and messaging are handled by third parties under their own terms. Links to other websites, such as Instagram or WhatsApp, are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Prohibited uses

Please do not use this website for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works or its security, to collect other people's information, or to send spam or harmful code.

Errors

We try to keep everything on the site accurate, but there may occasionally be mistakes in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct them at any time, including after you have placed an order, as described under Orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
